Last week the Franklin College Career Ready students headed to London for the annual Career Ready Capital Experience.
Here students got the chance to have a coach tour around London at iconic places such as Buckingham Palace, Downing Street, the London Eye, Tower of London and then onto Covent Garden for dinner.
On Thursday, the students attended a national Career Ready Masterclass for Effective Networking and Communication at the Dominion Theatre.
The students then travelled... to different locations around London with their academies to have a ‘behind the scenes’ look at how the different locations operate and to have a tour of the facilities.
The Health Academy were given the chance to visit the British Medical Association, The Law Academy visited Bird & Bird LLP, The Business Academy visited Quantum Black, and The STEM Academy visited Turner Townsend.’
With the first-hand experience Franklin College’s Career Academy is able to provide to its students for their future career paths, the possibilities really are endless.
