Biography
A qualified teacher, Gary has taught physical education, public services, and geography at Franklin Sixth Form College for 30 years. He worked his way through the management structure, initially becoming the Head of Department for Sport, then CLT Associate for Teaching and Learning, before becoming an Assistant Principal. He has been fundamental in developing the college's evidence-based pedagogical practices, instructional coaching strategy, and investment into whole college staff training and professional development.
