Biography
Emma graduated with BA Hons in Enterprise, Innovation, and Communication before spending ten years working at senior level in recruitment for REED/Michael Page recruitment agencies, developing relationships with senior business leaders. Since joining Franklin Sixth Form College in 2011, she’s developed our nationally recognised Centre for Professional Development, qualified in a Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development, was named joint Careers Lead within the college, and became an Ofsted skills nominee. She’s responsible for ensuring careers, employability, enrichment, and skills development are embedded within Franklin by offering a wide range of events and activities through an extensive careers programme.
