Course Content
Throughout this course, you’ll combine physical and human geography to understand what makes things happen across the UK and on a global scale. Key course topics include tectonic plates and coasts, globalisation and regeneration, water and carbon cycles, superpowers, migration, and identity. You’ll develop research skills and have the chance to complete an independent investigation in an area that fascinates you during the second year. As part of your course, you’ll have the chance to step outside the classroom and take part in a range of trips, visits, and experiences in the field.
