Topics covered include Epidemiology, Health, safety, and environmental considerations, managing information and data, and an in-depth exploration of various Body systems, including reproductive and cardiovascular systems, among others. You’ll also gain insights into scientific and clinical practice, person-cantered care, infection prevention and control, safeguarding, and immunology. Moving on to Year 2, you’ll undertake a series of three assignments carefully crafted to showcase your practical skills tailored to your chosen occupational specialism. In the core of your occupational specialisation, you’ll focus on supporting the adult nursing team, honing your expertise in this critical area.
