On Wednesday 9th March in the middle of National Careers Week, we are really excited to have our 3rd annual STEM conference taking place.
This year, we are joined by John Spendluffe Technology College, John Whitgift Academy, Humberston Academy, Louth Academy, Cleethorpes Academy & Healing School - A Science Academy, in addition to our own STEM Year 12 and 13 students.
With over 20 interactive STEM related workshops taking place over the course of the afternoon, the conference is designed to inspire students to want to pursue a career within STEM, and covers a wide range of workshops; including Physiotherapy, Engineering, Renewables, Food Science, Medicine, Cosmetic Science, Games Development, Mathematical Modelling plus so much more.
To top this amazing afternoon off; all students, staff and workshop hosts who attend are treated to Domino’s pizza for tea!
