Franklin College is delighted to announce its selection as a finalist for an impressive six Educate North Awards 2024. This is the 10th year of the awards, an event which celebrates and highlights best practices in the education sector in the North. The accomplishment is a testament to the excellence, innovation, engagement and inclusion in the education sector.
The Educate North Awards recognises outstanding achievements in the University (HE), Further Education (F)E and Sixth Form sectors in the North of England. They will take place at an awards evening on the 18th April in Manchester, where the winners will be announced.
The categories Franklin Sixth Form College have been nominated for are:
- Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (STEM) Initiative Award
- Business Engagement, Employer Award – HE/FE Sector
- Digital Education and Development
- Innovation Award
- Mental Health and Wellbeing Award
- Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Award
These nominations reflect the outstanding achievements of Franklin and the excellent work taking place across the college. We take immense pride in being recognised for our contributions across the various categories.
