Biography
Emma is a HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in the field and 15 years management/leadership expertise. A former Franklin student, Emma holds a degree in Sports Science and an MSc in Human Resource Management. She joined us as HR Manager in 2016 and, in 2023, became CLT Associate – Corporate Services. She prides herself on being able to strike a balance between meeting business objectives whilst being sensitive to the ‘people’ aspects of a business strategy.
